Brow lamination is ideal if your brows are thick but unruly, if the hairs grow in different directions, or if you simply want that controlled, groomed look. The treatment suits most hair types.
Henna Brows: colour on hair and skin
A henna brow tint colours not only the brow hairs but also the skin underneath. That is the key difference from a regular brow dye. Because the skin also picks up a light tone, the brows look fuller and more defined, even in areas with sparse hair. Henna is a plant-based colourant, making it a gentle option for those who prefer to avoid synthetic dyes. The result on the skin is visible for roughly one to two weeks. This is a technique in which a thin twisted cotton thread is moved along the skin, pulling groups of hairs out at once. The henna colour on the skin fades within one to two weeks, while on the hairs it stays visible for longer. These are general indications. Aftercare: how to keep your results longer
For the first twenty-four hours after a brow lamination or henna treatment it is important to keep your brows dry. Avoid steam, sweating, swimming and getting the area wet. Do not rub the brows and avoid applying oil-based products directly on the hairs during that first day. After that you can nourish the brows lightly with a drop of brow serum or argan oil to keep the hairs supple. Also protect your brows from excessive sun exposure and chlorine, as these can fade the colour more quickly. With good aftercare you will enjoy your results for longer.
